Step by step install yos Translator

NOTE: YOS Translator works with Joom!Fish and a website which has multiple languages installed.

1. Install Joom!Fish

(if you installed Joom!Fish, please go to next step)

Download latest version of Joom!Fish from http://joomfish.net. Currently it's Joom!Fish 2.0 RC.

Install and make sure Joom!Fish is configured right. In the control panel, it will look like this:

And remember to active languages:

2. Install YOS Translator

Install YOS Translator package by using Joomla installer.

After install, you have a component and a content plug-in (automatically published)

what does plug-in do?

The plug-in remove and tags when contents are displayed. By using tags you can tell YOS Translator which area you don't wan't to translate. That's why the plug-in won't be auto removed when you uninstall the component. You need to remove it manualy (after you remove all and tags. If you don't have time to do it, don't worry, just keep the plug-in.
